腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治手术治疗进展期胃癌的短期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察对进展期胃癌患者采用腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治手术方案治疗的短期效果。方法选取我院2014年3月-2016年6月收治的进展期胃癌患者74例,将其随机化分为两组,对照组（传统开腹手术）、观察组（腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治手术）,各37例,对比两组各项手术相关时间和并发症发生的情况。结果观察组进展期胃癌患者的肛门排气、进食流食、住院时间均较对照组短,并发症发生率为2.70%,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于进展期胃癌患者,在临床上实施腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术治疗的方案值得施行。Objective To observe the short-term effect of laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods74 patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups from March 2014 to June 2016,control group（traditional open surgery）and observation group（laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy）,each group 37 cases,compared with the two groups of the time and complications related to the occurrence of the situation. Results The average time of anal exhaust,food intake,hospitalization in the observation group was less than that in the control group. The probability of complications was 2.70% in the observation group,it was lower than the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion In patients with advanced gastric cancer,laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy is worthy of implementation.
