碳酸氢钠联合维生素B_2治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗后患者口腔溃疡的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察、分析小苏打联合维生素B2治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗后患者口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法收集我院2011年1月-2016年6月收治头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗后出现口腔溃疡的82例患者,并随机将其分为观察组、对照组各41例,对照组给予含漱护理治疗,观察组患者给予小苏打联合维生素B2治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果观察组疗效和溃疡平均愈合时间均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论小苏打联合维生素B2治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗后患者口腔溃疡具有良好的临床疗效。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of sodium bicarbonate combined with vitamin B2 in the treatment of oral ulcer in patients with head and neck cancer after radiotherapy. Methods In our hospital,from January 2011 to June 2016,82 patients with oral ulcer after radiotherapy for head and neck cancer were collected. And randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 41 cases. The control group was given nursing treatment gargle. Observation group patients were given sodium bicarbonate combined with vitamin B2 treatment,to observe the therapeutic effect. Results The average healing time of observation group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sodium bicarbonate combined with vitamin B2 in the treatment of oral ulcer in patients with head and neck cancer after radiotherapy has good clinical efficacy.
