中西医复合疗法对脑卒中后偏瘫肌痉挛状态的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中西医复合疗法对脑卒中后偏瘫肌痉挛状态的影响。方法选取2012年3月-2015年3月我院收治的93例脑卒中后偏瘫肌痉挛患者进行研究,分为对照组46例与研究组47例,对照组实施西药联合常规康复训练进行治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加服栝蒌桂枝汤,观察治疗前、后两组偏瘫侧肌痉挛程度[改良Ashworth痉挛量表（MAS）、综合痉挛评定量表（CSS）评分]的变化情况,并评估治疗后两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后两组MAS、CSS评分均较治疗前降低（P〈0.05）,且研究组优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后研究组临床疗效87.23%高于对照组临床疗效69.56%（P〈0.05）。结论对于脑卒中后偏瘫肌痉挛状态的患者,实施中西医复合疗法,可降低患肢肌张力,改善肌痉挛状态,促进康复,临床疗效肯定。Objective To observe the effect of combined therapy of traditional chinese and western medicine on post-stroke hemiplegic spasticity. Methods From March 2012 to March 2015,93 patients with post-stroke hemiplegic spasticity were divided into control group（n=46）and study group（n=47）. The control group was treated with western medicine combined with routine rehabilitation training. The study group on the basis of control group serving Gualou Guizhi Decoction,observed before and after treatment of both groups hemiparalateral muscle spasm [modified Ashworth spasticity scale（MAS）,Comprehensive spastic Rating Scale（CSS）score],and to assess the therapeutic effect of both groups after treatment. Results After treatment,the scores of MAS and CSS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the study group was superior to the control group（P〈0.05）. The clinical curative effect of the study group（87.23%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（69.56%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the patients with hemiplegic muscle spasticity after stroke,the combination therapy of TCM and WM can reduce the muscle tension of limb,improve the state of muscle spasm and promote rehabilitation,and the clinical curative effect is certain.
