摘　　要：根据高职院校教学质量评价系统中所收集到的评价数据，利用基于粗糙集的数据挖掘算法，找出教师课堂教学过程中教学行为与教学效果之间的客观联系，有效避开主观因素的影响，排除噪声数据，对教师的课堂教学过程进行科学评估。同时建立并修正评价指标体系，合理分配权重，确保课堂教学评价的科学性、客观性、公正性。Based upon collected data from the system of teaching quality evaluation in higher vocational colleges, the paper employs rough-sets-based data mining, finds objective correlations between teaching behavior and teaching effect in classroom teaching, effectively avoids the influence of subjectivity, eliminates noise data, and conducts a scientific evaluation of teachers＇ classroom teaching. Also an evaluation index system is established and modified with appropriate weight assigned to ensure that the evaluation is scientific, objective and impartial.
