摘  要:为研究18Mn2Cr Mo BA高强钢材轴心受压构件的整体稳定承载能力,对8个高强钢板冷弯成槽形并对焊成形的薄壁箱形截面构件进行轴心受压试验研究。通过建立有限元模型分析高强钢薄壁箱形截面压杆稳定承载力,分析对比发现计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。利用有限元软件分析了48个不同截面、不同长细比的构件,将试验结果、有限元分析结果与GB 50017—2003《钢结构设计规范》进行对比,发现其比b类曲线高、比a类曲线略低。建议该类杆件的设计采用GB 50017—2003的b类曲线。In order to study the overall stability bearing capacity of 18Mn2 Cr Mo BA high strength steel member under axial compression,8 thin-walled box section specimens formed by two channel plates were tested. The finite element model was used to analyze the stability bearing capacity of thin-walled box section members of high strength steel,and the calculated results through finite element analysis had a good agreement with test results by comparing. Forty-eight members with different sections and slenderness ratios were analyzed. Comparing test results and finite element analysis results with the column curves in Code for Design of Steel Structures(GB 50017—2003),it was found that they were higher than the column curve b but lower than the column curve a. The column curve b in GB 50017—2003 can be employed to design such structural members.
