摘　　要：在家用燃气灶具燃烧过程中,炉架高度会对热效率指标有影响^([1])。通过实验方法,探索炉架高度对热效率指标影响的关系,再从理论层面分析其内在原因,从而提出炉架高度的最优参数,指导家用燃气灶的燃烧器的开发和使用。In the combustion process of domestic gas cooking appliances, the height of grate will affect the thermal efficiency index. Through experimental method, we can explore the relationship of grate height of effects on the thermal efficiency index, then analyze the internal reasons from the theoretical level, thereby put forward the optimal parameter of grate height to guide the development and use of the burner of domestic gas cooking appliances.
