摘  要:[目的]测定青海不同产区马铃薯中的微量元素,为进一步研究马铃薯的营养价值、药用价值及产品的深加工提供参考依据。[方法]采用火焰原子吸收法测定青海不同产区马铃薯中微量元素的种类及其含量,并进行分析比较。[结果]马铃薯中含有丰富的Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Ca、K、Mg等微量元素,其中Ca、K、Mg含量较高,采用火焰原子吸收法测得马铃薯中微量元素Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Ca、K、Mg的回收率在97.00%~99.70%,相对标准偏差在1.17%~2.75%。[结论]采用火焰原子吸收法测定马铃薯中的微量元素误差较小,结果准确可靠,精密度较好。不同产区马铃薯中微量元素的含量有差异,这可能与马铃薯的生长土壤环境等因素有关。[Objective ] To detect the trace elements in potatoes in different production areas of Qinghai. [ Method ] The type and content of trace elements in potatoes of different production areas were detected by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. And the results were analyzed and compared. [ Result] Potato had abundant elements of Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Ca, K and Mg. Among them, Ca, K and Mg contents were rela- tively high. Results of Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry shoWed that the recovery rates of trace elements (Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Ca, K, Mg) in potatoes were between 97.00% and 99.50% ; the relative standard deviation (RSD) was between 1.17% and 2.75%. [ Conclusion] Detecting the trace elements in potatoes by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry is accurate, reliable, precise and has small error.
