摘 要:[目的]考察产地对灵芝中多糖提取的影响。[方法]运用水提醇沉法提取不同产地灵芝中的灵芝多糖,用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量,运用SPSS软件分析不同产地灵芝中灵芝多糖提取差异。[结果]灵芝粗多糖提取率最高的为吉林,达5.07%;多糖含量最高的为湖北,达24.26%;多糖提取率最高的为吉林,达1.21%。不同产地之间灵芝粗多糖提取率、多糖含量、多糖提取率均有显著差异。[结论]产地是灵芝多糖提取的影响因素之一。[ Objective ] The research aimed to investigate the effects of the producing areas on the extraction of Polysaccharides from Ganoderma Lucidum. [ Method] The polysaccharides of Ganoderma lucidum were extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method. The polysae- charide content was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The extraction of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides from different producing ar- eas were analyzed by SPSS software. [ Result ] The highest extraction rate of crude polysaccharide of Ganoderma lucidum was from Jilin, up to 5.07% ; the highest content of polysaccharide was from Hubei, up to 24.26% ,the highest extraction rate of polysaccharide was from Jilin, up to 1.21%. There were significant differences in extraction rate of crude polysacchafide, polysaccharide content and extraction rate of polysaccharide between C, anoderma luciclum from different areas. [ Conclusion] Producing area is one of the factors affecting the extraction of Polysaccharides from Ganoderma Lucidum.
