重用连翘治疗H.pylori慢性胃炎体会

摘　　要：通过1则典型医案从幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)慢性胃炎病因病机、治疗原则及理法方药等方面入手介绍重用连翘治疗H.pylori慢性胃炎的体会,指出H.pylori感染伴慢性浅表性胃炎主要是由脾胃虚弱,外感湿热之邪而致病,因此选用"连朴清幽饮"以"清热解毒、运脾化湿",且在方中重用连翘,抗H.pylori的同时也能清热散结,缓解胃脘部烧心等症状。To introduce the experience of heavy LianQiao （Phillyrin） treating H.pylori chronic gastritis from the pathogenesis of H.pylori chronic gastritis and the treatment principles, theory, method, formula and herbs of H. pylori chronic gastritis through one typical case, it was pointed out that H.pylori infection accompanied with chronic superficial gastritis mainly caused by spleen-stomach deficiency and external heat-dampness, so we selected LianPo QingYou drink to clear away heat and toxic, invigorate spleen for eliminating dampness, and this prescription used Lianqiao heavily, which can resist H.pylori, clear away heat and dissipate mass, relieve heartburn of gastric cavity.
