摘　　要：化工原理课程是生物工程专业的一门专业基础课程。根据该课程的特点和生物工程专业的教学要求，笔者对化工原理课程教学内容和教学方式进行了改革探索，以期加强学生对生物工程中不同单元操作的理解，提高学生解决实际问题的能力。The Principles of Chemical Engineering is a basic course for bioengineering major students. Based upon the characteristics of the course and teaching objectives, the writer reforms and explores the teaching materi- als and methods with a view to strengthening students＇ understanding of operations in various units and increasing their ability to solve real problems.
