摘 要:运用协同发展度模型来度量高职教育专业结构与产业结构的协同性,结果表明,广东省一、二、三产业与高职专业结构呈现出协同发展的趋势。第二、三产业与高职专业结构的协同性良好,第一产业协同度较差,区际之间的差异也主要体现在第一产业。高职教育资源分布的不均衡,专业设置的重复、失调,第三产业相关专业开设比例过高等问题不容忽视。因此,以系统论的观点来看待专业结构与产业结构的关系,将政府、高职院校、企业三者的地位摆正,构建"双向对接"的协调机制和"互动对接"的激励机制才是发展之路。The collaborative development model is used in this paper to measure the synergy between specialty structure of higher vocational education and industrial structure. The results show that industry structure and specialty structure reveal a trend of collaborative development in Guangdong Province. The synergy, between the second, the third industry and specialty structure is in coordinated development stage while the synergy in the first industry is relatively unsatisfied. The internal problems in higher specialty structure are blamed for uneven distribution of its educational resources, duplication and imbalance of specialty setting, high ratio of specialty setting related with the third industry. By using system theory, the author deals with the relationship between specialty structure and industrial structure, followed by the discussion of government, higher vocational colleges and enterprises. The author also argues that coordination mechanism of "two-way docking" and incentive mechanism of "interaction of docking" are the effective approaches to achieve the goal.
