从易学先后天理论看《辅行诀》朱鸟、玄武汤

摘　　要：易学先后天理论可指导中医、内丹修行,伏羲八卦属先天,文王八卦属后天,先天生后天为顺,为中医入世之法;后天返先天为逆,为丹家出世之法。南方朱雀,于先天卦为乾,于后天卦为离;北方玄武,于先天卦为坤,于后天卦为坎。《辅行诀》中朱鸟汤为清热滋阴之方,正符乾破为离之意;玄武汤为温阳渗水之剂,合坤满为坎之旨。脏腑中朱雀属心,玄武属肾,临床上可运用二方治疗心、肾之疾,更可变通二方理法,并用清、滋、温、渗之法,交心肾,建中气。《辅行诀》诸方已融通先后天、升降运动之理。The theory of the last and next period in the I Ching can be the guide of Traditional Chinese Medicine and inner engry meditation. Fuxi eight diagrams are about the last period and Wenwang eight diagrams are about the next period. From the last to the next is clockwise which is the guide of Traditional Chinese Medicine. From the next to the last is anticlockwise which is the guide of inner engry meditation. Red bird,located in the south of eight diagrams,is qian in the last period and li in the next period. Black tor- toise,located in the north of eight diagrams,is kun in the last period and kan in the next period. Red bird decoction in fuxingjue aims to clear heat and nourish yin,following the way qian converting to li. Black tortoise decoction in fuxingjue aims to warm yang and re- move dampness,following the way kun converting to kan. In viscera certain, red bird stands for heart and black tortoise stands for kidney. So they can cure the related diseases. We can also combine clearing heat, nourishing yin, warming yang and removing damp ness to unobstruct heart with kidney and tonify qi of middle-jiao energy. The Decoctions in fuxingjue reflect the theory of the last and next period and qi promotion and demotion.
