摘  要:为解决甲壳素生产带来的严重环境污染问题,针对中国尚未制定甲壳素清洁生产相关标准的现状,经大量国内外资料调研、企业实地考察和专家咨询,探讨了甲壳素清洁生产评价技术路线,提出了评价指标体系及其指标基准值,构建了模糊数学法为主体结合层次分析法和专家咨询法的评价方法体系,评价了甲壳素企业清洁生产水平.结果表明:该评价方法体系可以准确、合理地评估甲壳素企业的清洁生产水平,为甲壳素行业清洁生产评价工作的开展提供了一个科学的评价工具,能指导企业制定和完善清洁生产方案,为提高清洁生产水平提供了重要的参考依据.The production of chitin could lead to serious environmental pollution, and our country has not yet formulated the relevant standards for the cleaner production (CP) of chitin. The technology route of CP evaluation was thus discussed by referring to large numbers of domestic and foreign literature, field visits and expert consultation. A CP evaluation index system was constructed by fuzzy mathematic method, combined with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and expert consultation method, and the basic value of each index was proposed. The CP level of chitin enterprise was evaluated and the results showed that the index system could assess the CP level of chitin enterprises accurately and reasonably, which provided a scientific assessment tool to evaluate the CP of chitin industry. It could also guide enterprises to establish and perfect CP scheme and serve as an important reference to improve the CP level.
