全雄激素阻断治疗晚期前列腺癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究全雄激素阻断治疗晚期前列腺癌的治疗效果。方法:选取我院2011年3月至2014年6月收治的前列腺癌晚期患者40例,根据随机数表法将其平均分为两组,对照组患者20例,采取单纯睾丸切除术,观察组患者20例,采用全雄激素阻断治疗,治疗后随访半年至3年,观察治疗效果。结果:两组患者经过治疗后,观察组患者身体功能恢复情况明显的好于对照组患者;观察组患者治疗有效率(75%)明显大于对照组患者治疗有效率(40%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全雄激素阻断治疗对于晚期前列腺癌具有较好的疗效,可使患者的症状缓解,延长患者生命,值得在临床推广应用。Objectives： To study the effect of total androgen deprivation therapy in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer. Methods： 40 advanced prostate cancer patients in our hospital from March 2011 to June2014 were selected. According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups. Patients in the control group（ n = 20） received pure testicular resection,and observation group（ 20 cases） received total androgen blockade treatment. After treatment,the patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years to observe therapeutic effect. Results： After the treatment,the physical function recovery of observation group was significantly better than that of control group. Treatment efficiency of observation group（ 75%） was significantly greater than that of control group（ 40%）,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Total androgen deprivation for advanced prostate cancer has good curative effect and can ease the patient＇s symptoms,prolong the life of patients,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
