高职学生入党意识教育问题分析

摘　　要：在校大学生的入党教育与组织发展一直是高校一项重要的工作,加强学生入党意识教育可以从源头上保证大学生党员质量,提高党建水平。本文在剖析了高职院大学生入党意识教育存在的问题及原因后,从途径要"多"、内容要"近"、方式要"活"三个方面阐述了提升高职院入党意识教育效果的思考。Education on college students＇ consciousness in the Party joining and the Party or ganization development have always been the priority in work of the higher education institu tions. Strengthening education on college students＇ consciousness in the Party joining can en sure the quality of college student party members from the source and enhance the Party con struction. By analyzing current status of consciousness education in higher vocational colle ges, this essay puts forward some suggestions form three major aspects.
