摘　　要：目的探讨CIK治疗恶性实体肿瘤的疗效及相关肿瘤标志物的改变。方法选择32例恶性实体肿瘤患者进行CIK治疗,观察治疗前后生活质量、客观疗效、肿瘤标志物及免疫指标的变化。结果 CIK治疗后患者卡氏评分(KPS)提高率59.4%,RR为46.9%,DCR为84.4%。治疗后,相关肿瘤标志物CEA、NSE、AFP、CA153、CA199、Fer检测值总体有所下降。CD_3^+较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05)。CD_4^+、CD_8^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+与治疗前相比无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论 CIK细胞治疗可提高恶性实体肿瘤患者的生存质量,但相关肿瘤标志物无明显变化。Objective To explore the curative effect of CIK cells on the treatment of pa- tients with advanced malignant solid tumor and the changes of tumor markers. Methods A total of 32 patients with advanced malignant solid tumor were selected and treated with CIK therapy. The changes in the quality of life, tumor markers and immune indexes were observed before and after treatment. Results The raise ratio of KPS was 59.4% after CIK therapy. The response rate was 46.9% and the disease control rate was 84.4%. There were no significant changes in the tumor mark- ers such as CEA, NSE, AFP, CA153, CA199, Fer after CIK therapy. The immune indexes of CD3^ ＋ was significantly higher while levels of CD4^ ＋ , CD8^ ＋ , CD4^＋/CD8^ ＋ had no significant changes after CIK cells treatment. Conclusion CIK cells treatment can significantly improve the survival quality in patients with malignant solid tumors, but there are no significant changes of the tumor markers.
