摘　　要：目的探讨自动乳腺全容积成像(ABVS)在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选取75例女性乳腺肿块患者(共75个病灶)为研究对象,均行常规超声、乳腺X线摄影(MG)和ABVS检查,分析ABVS诊断结果,比较ABVS和MG在乳腺肿块良恶性诊断方面的准确度、灵敏度和特异度,以及对小乳腺癌的检出率。结果 ABVS诊断结果显示,75例患者中呈不典型"汇聚"征18例,呈典型"汇聚"征30例,共检出48例。在乳腺肿块良恶性诊断方面,ABVS检查的准确度和灵敏度分别为90.67%和90.57%,显著高于MG检查的76.00%和71.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在小乳腺癌诊断方面,ABVS检出率为80.00%,显著高于MG的42.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 ABVS检查在一定程度上提高了乳腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断准确度,且对小乳癌具有更高的检出率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the value of automated breast volume scanner （AB- VS ） in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods A total of 75 patients with breast lesions （ n = 75 ） were included in this study. All patients were diagnosed by ultrasound, mammography （MG） and ABVS. The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of ABVS and MG in differentiating benign and ma- lignant breast masses, as well as detection rate of small breast cancer were compared. Results A to- tal of 48 patients were detected by ABVS, in which 18 cases showed untypical convergence sign and 30 cases with typical convergence sign. In terms of diagnosing benign and malignant breast masses, the accuracy and sensitivity of ABVS were higher than those of MG （90.67% vs. 76.00%, 90.57% vs. 71.70% P 〈 0.05）. In diagnosing small breast cancer, the detection rate was 80.00% by AB- VS and was 42.86% by MG, with a significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ABVS can im- prove the detection rate of benign and malignant breast masses, especially in mall breast cancer.
