专科医院进修教育管理及现状分析

摘　　要：目的 总结专科医院2011~2015年进修教育人员的基本资料和学习情况,为进一步改进我院医学进修教育的管理和实施、提高进修教育质量提供指导。方法 对2011~2015年来院进修的医疗人员发放有效问卷195份,并对数据进行统计分析。结果 近5年进修人员的年龄多在31~40岁,占总人数的65.1%;多为中级职称,占总人数的59.0%;主要为临床医师,占总的进修人数的72.3%;本科学历的比例最大,占总人数的56.9%;且多来自综合性医院,占总进修人数的73.8%;专科医院的构成比为26.2%;93.3%的人评价科室安排能够满足学习的需要。结论 进修时间安排和内容基本符合进修人员的要求,但仍应深入调研,从进修人员的实际需求出发,制定更为完善的教学内容计划,提高进修教育质量。Objective To summarize the basic information and the learning situation of the further education personnel in our hospital from 2011 to 2015, and to provide the guidance for improving the management and implementation of medical further education and the quality in our hospital. Methods 195 valid questionnaires were distributed to the further education personnel who are from 2011 to 2015 in our hospital, and the collected data were analyzed statistically. Results In the past five years, most of the trainees in our hospital were 31---40 years old, they account for 65.1% of the total population, 59.0% of the trainees surveyed were intermediate grade, 72.3% of the trainees were clinicians, 56.9% of the trainees have a bachelor degree. Besides, 73.8% of the respondents were came from general hospital, 26.2% of the respondents were came from specialist hospital. And 93.3% of the respondents appraise that the current arrangements could satisfy their learning needs very well. Conclusion The training schedule and the content of our hospital are basically in match with the requirements of the training staff. However, we should continue to conduct in-depth investigation and research, and formulate a better teaching content plan to improve the quality of continuing education in our hospital.
