视屏显示终端视疲劳中医证候调查及证型研究

摘　　要：目的应用聚类分析的统计学方法,分析视屏显示终端(VDT)视疲劳中医证型的分布规律,为VDT视疲劳中医辨证论治提供临床依据。方法通过文献调研和专家咨询,尽量罗列临床VDT视疲劳患者所有可能出现的症状和体征,拟定VDT视疲劳中医证候调查表。通过SPSS 18.0统计软件,运用描述性统计、因子分析、聚类分析等统计方法,分别进行各证候中医症状及证型的聚类分析,探讨VDT视疲劳的主要中医证候特征,得出VDT视疲劳这一现代疾病的基本中医证型。结果对调查表中常见的的44个症状进行统计学分析,获得的VDT视疲劳可归纳为4个中医证型:肝气郁结证(45例),气血两虚证(31例),脾虚气弱证(20例),肝肾阴虚证(11例)。结论肝气郁结证、气血两虚证是VDT视疲劳最常见的证型,与临床辨证结果基本相符。Objective Use clinical epidemiology and mathematical statistics method to investigate the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） syndrome of visual display terminal（VDT） asthenopia,in order to provide clinical evidence for syndrome differentiation of VDT asthenopia. Methods Enumerate the possible symptoms and sign of VDT asthenopia through literature investigation and expert consultation,and then designed the VDT asthenopia symptoms and sign questionnaire. Using statistical method such as descriptive statistics,factor analysis and cluster analysis of SPSS 18. 0,the TCM symptoms and syndrome of each TCM syndrome were analyzed respectively,then discussed the main characteristics of TCM syndrome in VDT asthenopia,and summarized the basic TCM syndrome of VDT asthenopia. Results There were 44 common symptoms were analyzed,and we obtained four TCM syndrome types of VDT asthenopia that liver-Qi stagnation type（45 cases）,Qi-blood deficiency type（31 cases）,deficient spleen and weak Qi type（20 cases） and liver-kidney Yin deficiency type（11 cases）. Conclusion The most common syndrome of VDT asthenopia was liver-Qi stagnation type and Qi-blood deficiency type accord with the clinical syndrome differentiation.
