摘　　要：目的观察微电流电刺激仪治疗抑郁症、失眠症、焦虑症的效果。方法将60例抑郁症、失眠症及焦虑症患者随机分为2组,每组各30例,每组抑郁症、失眠症、焦虑症患者各10例。对照组予盐酸帕罗西汀片口服,治疗组在对照组基础上加微电流电刺激仪,2组均连续治疗4周后统计疗效。抑郁症以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、睡眠量表(SPIEGEL)评定疗效,失眠症以匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、SPIEGEL评定疗效,焦虑症以汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、SPIEGEL评定疗效。并比较2组治疗前后中医症状积分变化情况。结果治疗后2组抑郁症患者中医症状积分及HAMD、SPIEGEL评分,失眠症患者中医症状积分及PSQI、SPIEGEL评分,焦虑症患者中医症状积分及HAMA、SPIEGEL评分均较本组治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微电流电刺激仪在治疗抑郁症、失眠症、焦虑症效果满意,安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effects of micro-current electrical stimulation apparatus on the treatment of depression,insomnia and anxiety. Methods 60 patients with depression,insomnia and anxiety were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group,and there were 10 cases with depression,insomnia and anxiety in each group respectively. The control group received oral paroxetine hydrochloride,and the treatment group received micro-current electrical stimulation apparatus on the basis of control group treatment,continuously treatment for 4 weeks,and then the curative effect was evaluated. The therapeutic effect of depression was evaluated by Hamilton＇s depression scale（HAMD） and SPIEGEL questionnaire（SPIEGEL）. The therapeutic effect of insomnia was evaluated by Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI） and SPIEGEL. The therapeutic effect of anxiety was evaluated by Hamilton＇s anxiety scale（HAMA） and SPIEGEL. The traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） symptom score before and after treatment was compared. Results The depression patients＇ TCM symptom score,HAMD and SPIEGEL after treatment,the insomnia patients＇ TCM symptom score,PSQI and SPIEGEL after treatment,and the anxiety patients＇ TCM symptom score,HAMA and SPIEGEL after treatment were decreased in two groups,and the decrease in treatment group was lower than that in control group,with statistical differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Micro-current electrical stimulation apparatus has satisfactory effect on the treatment of depression,insomnia and anxiety,with high safety,worthy of clinical application.
