摘　　要：近年来,对人才的需求越来越高,高校人才的培养必须满足行业的需求。结合我校能源与动力工程专业对OBE理念的应用,在课程体系、课程优化整合、教学方法等方面进行的创造性研究与改革的经验,培养"综合一体化"的应用型人才,满足社会的需要,为相关专业的教学改革与实践提供有效的借鉴。In recent years, the demand for talents is increasing, and the training of talents in Colleges and universities must meet the needs of the industry.Directed by the concept of 0BE,a teaching practice is made in energy and power engineering major, creative research and reform is conducted in the curriculum system, curriculum optimization and integration, teaching methods and so on to cultivate the “integrated” applied talents who meet the needs of the society,and to provide effective reference for the teaching reform and practice of the related major.
