摘　　要：采用文献资料法、访谈法、观察法、个案研究法等,以学校体育资源管理为研究对象,立足跨界、共享视角,深入学校体育管理体制层面分析了体制的内在特征带给学校体育资源管理的困境。提出应立足于强化学校体育资源管理价值理导向、促进学校体育资源配置机制的多样化、强化学校体育信息负反馈机制等策略来实现学校资源管理的跨界与整合,进而促进学校体育资源管理系统的良性演变。The present paper targets at school sports resources management and discusses,from the perspectives of crossing border and sharing problems that are brought to the school sport adminitrative sytem by the sytem＇s inherent characteristics. Metliods that are employed here include field obserations,case studies and expert interview＇s. The paper argues for strengthening the value rationality of management of school sportsresources,promoting a diversified investment mechanism and enhancing the implementation of school sports resources to achievethecross-border and integration of school resources management and to promote the evolution of management of school physical education resources.
