摘　　要："思想道德修养与法律基础"课(以下简称"基础")能使大一新生尽快适应大学新生活、引导大学生独立面对大学生活时树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观方面具有重要指导意义。在高校的思想政治理论教学中,教师自身的素养和专业水平的高低,是影响和提高"基础"课实效性的关键。＂Ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis＂ is important for college students which can guide them as soon as possible to adapt to college life,and in the face of university life independently to es-tablish a correct outlook on life, values and values. As a education courses teacher, how to improve the ef-fectiveness of the ＂ideological and moral cultivation and legal basic＂ course has always been an important subject for me. This paper will analyzes how to improve the effectiveness of the ＂ideological and moral cul-tivation and legal basis＂ from the perspective of ideological and political teachers.
