摘　　要：分析了新时期高校党校的特点及作用;提出高校党校功能发挥作用存在的问题;提出促进高校党校功能拓展与作用发挥的思路。The characteristics and functions of the Party school of colleges and universities in new period are analyzed;the problems in the exertion of Party school of colleges and universities are put forward.The idea of promoting the expansion and function of the Party school in colleges and universities is proposed.
