摘　　要：结合BIM技术在装配式建筑设计、施工和运营维护等阶段的应用现状,分析了影响BIM技术和装配式建筑发展的关键因素,并从各级政府部门、行业企业教学体系等方面,提出了基于BIM技术的装配式建筑技能人才培养思路。Combining with the application status of BIM technology in assembly-style building design, construction and operation maintenance phases, analyzes critical factors influencing BIM technology and assembly-style building development, puts forward assembly-style building tech-nical talents cultivation on the basis of BIM technology from aspects of governmental departments, industrial enterprises and teaching system.
