我国竞技足球职业化与商业化创新发展问题的思考

摘　　要：从政府干预、产权归属、治理主体等视角出发,对中国竞技足球职业化发展存在的问题进行分析,指出中国竞技足球在当前所面临的困境主要包括过度的政府干涉,错位的权利主体,陈旧的产业制度以及商业开发能力滞后等问题。要实现中国由体育大国向体育强国迈进,我们应该从转变政府管理职能、加强行业政策扶持、明确产权制度、激发商业活力等方面入手进行政策供给和制度调整,淡化竞技足球体制约束力,让其发展回归本位。From the perspectives of government intervention, ownership of property rights, and governancesubjects, this paper analyzes the problems in the development of professional football in China, and points out thatChina＇s current competitive football problems include excessive government interference, dislocation rights,industrial system, lag of business development ability and so on. In order to realize China moves from a big sportscountry- to a supreme sports country, we should start from the policy supply and system adjustment, ehmlge thegovernment managenlent function, strengthen the industry policy support, clarify the property- rights system andstimulate the eoirmlercial vitality. Desalting the binding of competitive football system and make its developmentback to position.
