摘　　要：规划环评是深入贯彻落实科学发展观,转变经济增长方式,推动生态文明建设,实现经济可持续发展的重要手段。为了保障规划环评工作的有效性,文章针对现阶段规划环评工作中出现的问题提出了相应的解决措施。PEIA （ Planning Environmental Impact Assessment） is an important means to achieve sustainable economic devel-opment, which can thoroughly implement the scientific outlook on development, transform the economic growth mode, and promote the construction of ecological civilization. In order to ensure the effectiveness of PEIA , the article puts forward the countermeasures to solve existing problems in PEIA .
