玉女煎对急性放射性口腔黏膜炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察玉女煎对急性放射性口腔黏膜炎的临床疗效。方法将64例接受放射治疗(以下简称放疗)的头颈部恶性肿瘤患者随机分为2组,治疗组32例予玉女煎治疗,对照组32例予安慰剂红糖水治疗,至放疗结束。放疗第2、4、6周,评价患者口腔黏膜放射性损伤、吞咽功能及口腔黏膜疼痛程度。结果治疗组放疗第4、6周对口腔黏膜放射性损伤较对照组放疗同期减轻(P<0.05),对吞咽功能的改善作用优于对照组放疗同期(P<0.05),对口腔黏膜疼痛的缓解作用优于对照组放疗同期(P<0.05)。结论玉女煎可以改善放疗导致的患者口腔黏膜放射性损伤、吞咽困难及口腔黏膜疼痛程度。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Yunvdecoction on the treatment of acute radiation - nduced oral mucositis. Methods 64 patients receiving radiotherapy for head - neck malignant tumor were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in treatment group were treated by Yunvdecoction, and 32 cases in control group were treated by placebo of brown sugar water, continuously treatment until the end of radiotherapy. The radiation - in-duced oral mucosa injury, swallowing function and the pain degree of oral mucosa were evaluated at the 2, 4 and 6 weeks of radiotherapy. Results The radiation - induced oral mucosa injury in treatment group at the 4 , 6 weeks of adiotherapy were lessened than those in control group at the same period （P 〈0.05）. The improvements of swallo-wing function in treatment group at the 4, 6 weeks of radiotherapy were better than those in control group at the same period （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The remission of oral mucosa pain in treatment group at the 4, 6 weeks of radiotherapy were bet-ter than that in control group at the same period （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Yunvdecoction can improve patients ra-diation -induced oral mucosa injury, swallowing function and the pain degree of oral mucosa.
