臭灵丹草对急性扁桃体炎的治疗作用研究

摘　　要：急性扁桃体炎是一种常见疾病,病毒、细菌混合感染为该病的重要发病因素,但临床西医常规治疗效果不佳.而滇药臭灵丹草具有抗菌、抗病毒的作用.通过观察服用臭灵丹治疗急性扁桃体炎之疗效,明确臭灵丹可缩短病人咽痛消失时间(P=0.017),提高病人48 h治愈率(P=0.033),且无明显毒副作用.因此,发现了一种携带方便、服用简单、效果较好的治疗急性扁桃体炎的新单方.Acute tonsillitis has high incidence rate by mixed infection with virus and bacteria but clinical western medicine conventional treatment has poor effect. Yunnan traditional Chinese drug wingedtooth laggera herb shows effect on anti-bacteria and anti-virus, so the therapeutic effect of wingedtooth laggera herb on acute tonsillitis was assessed. The result shows that wingedtooth laggera herb can short-en extinction time of pharyngalgia（P = 0. 017 ） and increase 24 h recovery rate （ P = 0. 033 ）. It shows a free of toxic and side-effect, trouble-free, and very effective therapeutic method on acute tonsillitis.
