高校财政收入会持续增加吗?

摘　　要：对于一所高校来讲,即便仅仅维持现有的办学实力和地位,仍需大量的花费且要持续性地增加投入。而对我国绝大部分高校来讲,来自政府的财政投入往往占据了其总收入的最大一部分。文章基于几组数据的分析发现,今后政府对高等教育的投入将难以保持前些年那样的高增长,高校也因此将面临办学经费短缺的困扰。为此,高校要想维持生存、保持持久发展的活力,就需要在继续争取国家增加财政投入的同时,走办学资金筹集多元化的道路。For a college or university,it still needs to cost a lot and continuously increase investment even if only to maintain its current strength and status.And for the majority of colleges and universities in China,the government′s fiscal input occupies the largest part of their total revenue.But based on the analysis of several groups of data,it is discovered that the government′s future investment on higher education will hardly keep growing as rapidly as the previous years.Universities will also face the shortage of funds.Therefore,in order to survive and maintain sustainable development,it is necessary to explore a variety of funding source channels while striving for more national financial investment.
