企业家社会资本对企业技术创新能力的影响研究

摘　　要：文章尝试从内在机理、作用途径与权变特征三个方面,深入探讨企业家社会资本与企业技术创新能力之间的关系这一理论界悬而未决的问题。基于2010—2014年219家中小板上市公司的样本数据,文章的实证结果表明:企业家社会资本可以通过提升企业的资源获取能力对企业技术创新能力产生积极影响;企业家社会资本与企业联合创新能力存在显著的正向线性关系,与自主创新能力呈现显著的倒U型关系;企业生命周期对企业家社会资本与企业技术创新能力的关系具有显著的正向调节效应。研究结果能够为企业管理者正确和有效使用其个人社会资本提供依据,同时有助于进一步完善企业家社会资本功效理论并佐证社会资本作用的情景化特征。This paper explored the relationship between entrepreneur＇s social capital and technological innovation in terms of the internal mechanism, mode of action and contingent attributes, based on the sample data of 219 listed SMEs from 2010 to 2014. The results showed that entrepreneur＇s social capital can significantly and positively influence the enterprise technological innovation capability by improving the corporate capabilities of acquiring resource.A significant positive linear relationship maintains between entrepreneur＇s social capital and enterprise joint innovation capability, but a negative one between entrepreneur＇s social capital and independent innovation ability--- presenting an inverted U type relationship. The enterprise life cycle has a significant positive effect on the relationship between entrepreneur＇s social capital and enterprise technological innovation capability. These results can help the entrepreneur to correctly and effectively use their personal social capital, and to further improve the related research on the effect of entrepreneur＇s social capital.
