利用秀丽线虫评价4种食药用菌水提物抗氧化活性

摘  要:利用秀丽线虫为模型对桦褐孔菌、灵芝、云芝、灰树花水提物进行抗氧化活性评价。结果表明:桦褐孔菌水提物最佳抗氧化浓度为0.2 mg/m L,线虫平均寿命为7.84 d,比对照组延长了1.17倍;灵芝、云芝和灰树花水提物最佳抗氧化浓度均为1.0 mg/m L,线虫平均寿命分别为8.84 d、6.75 d、5.98 d,比对照组分别延长0.92倍、1.08倍和1.20倍。研究结果为这些食药用菌的开发提供有用的参考依据。Evaluation of antioxidant activities of four edible/medicinal mushroom water extracts was per- formed using Caenorhabditis elegans. The results showed that the best concentration of water extact of In- onotus obliquus was 0.2 mg/mL, with mean lifespan at 7.84 d, 1.17 folds longer than CK. The opti- mized concentrations were all at 1.0 mg/mL for Ganoderma lucidum, Coriolus versiclor and Grifola fron- dosa. The mean lifespans were 8.84 d, 6.75 d and 5.98 d, respectively, 92%, 108% and 120% lon- ger than CK. The findings could provide useful reference for further exploration of these mushrooms.
