竞技运动教育的价值结构与价值要素——竞技运动教育价值体系构建及其解析

摘　　要：主要采用问卷调查法、主成分分析法,研究现阶段中国竞技运动教育价值及其核心要素;采用克伦巴赫(Cronbach)系数分析,对竞技运动教育价值结构的内部一致性进行检验。研究认为:竞技运动教育价值主要由思想教育、行为教育和文化教育三类价值组成;竞技运动教育价值核心要素为意志教育价值要素(C1-2)、竞争教育价值要素(C2-3)和技能教育价值要素(C3-2)。实现竞技运动教育价值的基本设想是:通过充分挖掘和展示竞技运动的教育价值,提升整个民族的意志品质;通过公平竞赛净化社会竞争环境;通过技能教育提升公民的体育文化素养。In this paper, questionnaire and principal component analysis were used to study the values and core elements of the competitive sports in China. Cronbach coefficient analysis was used to test the internal consistency of the structures of the values, which were composed of values of ideological education, behavioral education and cultural education. The core elements of competitive sports included the value of will power （C1-2）, the value of competition （C2-3） and the value of sports skills. Schools at different levels should concentrate on the building of the students＇ will power. Sports departments at different levels should ensure equal competition. Retired elite athletes should be encouraged to give professional training to the public.
