摘　　要：目的比较不同能量参数CO_2点阵激光联合A型肉毒毒素对眶周皮肤老化的改善效果,为选择CO_2点阵激光能量参数提供参考依据。方法将本院2013年1月至2016年1月收治的160例眶周皮肤老化者按照随机数表法分为A组、B组、C组及D组,每组各40例。所有研究对象均给予CO_2点阵激光联合A型肉毒毒素治疗,A组CO_2点阵激光能量参数为50 m J/8%覆盖,B组为50 m J/4%覆盖,C组为30 m J/8%覆盖,D组为30 m J/4%覆盖。观察所有研究对象不良反应发生情况,并对治疗1、2、3、6个月后眶周静态和动态皱纹改善情况及满意度进行评价,比较不同能量参数CO_2点阵激光的疗效与安全性。结果 4组研究对象不良反应发生情况比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗后1个月和2个月,所有研究对象眶周动态和静态皱纹治疗总有效率、满意度比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后3个月和6个月,B组、C组及D组研究对象眶周动态和静态皱纹治疗总有效率、满意度较治疗后1个月均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论不同能量参数CO_2点阵激光联合A型肉毒毒素治疗眶周皮肤老化均可取得良好的近期疗效,50 m J/8%覆盖治疗能够在保证安全性的前提下提高远期美容效果,可作为眶周皮肤老化治疗的首选参数,值得临床进一步关注。Objective To compare the effects of different energy parameters of CO2 matrix laser combined with botulinum toxin type A on orbital skin aging, and to provide reference for the selection of CO2 laser energy parameters. Method From January 2013 to January 2016, 160 cases of periorbital skin aging objects were randomly divided into group A, group B, group C and group D, 40 cases in each group. All the subjects were treated with COs dot matrix laser combined with botulinum toxin type A, group A subjects CO2 laser energy parameters of 50 mJ/8% coverage, group B was 50 mJ/4% coverage, group C was 30 mJ/8% coverage, group D was 30 mJ/4% coverage. Observed the occurrence of adverse reactions, and evaluate the improvement of the static and dynamic wrinkles and the satisfaction of 1, 2, 3 and 6 months after orbital cycle, compared the different effects and safety of energy parameters of CO2 laser. Result There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the 4 groups （P 〉 0.05）. 1 month and 2 months after treatment, the total efficiency of treatment satisfaction of the improvement for orbital dynamic and static wrinkles of patients were fine, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）; 3 months and 6 months after treatment, the total effective rate and the satisfaction of group B, group C and group D were significantly lower than those of 1 month after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Different energy parameters CO2 dot matrix laser combined with botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of orbital skin aging can achieve good short-term efficacy, with 50 mJ/8% treatment can improve the long-term coverage to ensure the safety of the premise for cosmetic effect, can be used as the preferred number of periorbital skin aging treatment, which deserves further attention.
