摘　　要：在历史上,土库曼是游牧民族,其传统社会与传统文化带有明显的游牧民族特征。土库曼人在社会、政治和心理方面都具有浓厚的部落主义传统和部族文化印记。文章通过揭示部族文化对当代土库曼社会国家政治、民众社会生活和民族身份建构方面的深远影响,指出部族文化在当今土库曼社会和政治生活中仍发挥着作用,以部族意识、部族传统和部族政治为核心的部族文化是影响当代土库曼政局和社会的一个重要因素。土库曼现政府正努力在部族地区间寻求平衡发展。As a traditional nomadic ethnic group, Turkmen are characterized by their distinct nomadic ethnic characteristics with tribalism reflected in its society, politics and collective psychology. Through revealing the strong influence tribalism exerts on modem Turkmen politics, social life, and national identity construction, this article attempts to suggest that tribalism still plays an important role in the modem Turkmen social and political arena. Centered on tribal mentality, tribal tradition, and tribal politics, tribal culture is a crucial factor in influencing modem Turkmen political and societal situations. The Turkmen government is striving for a balance in development among various tribal regions.
