徐州市97例唐氏综合征的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨唐氏综合征发生的影响因素,为制定预防措施提供科学依据。方法选择徐州市儿童医院病理科2013年1月至2014年12月经染色体检查确诊的唐氏综合征患儿为病例组,选取同一医院同期就诊的正常婴幼儿为对照组,对2组儿童的父母进行问卷调查。结果多因素Logistic回归分析发现,母亲育龄(≥35岁)(OR=5.078)、孕前发热(OR=3.280)、接触农药(OR=12.648)、周边环境污染(OR=4.865)、家庭装修或购买新车(OR=3.485)、补充叶酸(OR=0.460)、美甲(OR=8.627)、过度疲劳(OR=3.598)为唐氏综合征发生的影响因素。结论唐氏综合征的发生受到多种因素的影响,母亲育龄(≥35岁),孕前发热、接触农药、周边环境污染、家庭装修或购买新车、美甲、过度疲劳是唐氏综合征发生的危险因素,补充叶酸是唐氏综合征的保护因素。Objective The study was conducted to explore the influencing factors of the occurrence of Down＇s syndrome, and thus to provide scientific reference for developing the prevention and control measures. Methods Pediatric who were diagnosed as Down＇s syndrome by chromosome assay patients in the Pathology Department of Xuzhou Children＇s Hospital between January of 2013 and December of 2014 were selected as the case group; and normal infants who visited the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. Results Multiple logistic aggression analysis showed that the childbearing age of mother（≥35 years old）（OR=5.078）, pregnancy fever（OR=3.280）, exposure to pesticide（OR=12.648）, surrounding environmental pollution（OR=4.865）, house decoration or new vehicle purchasing（OR=3.485）, folic acid supplementation（OR =0.460）, manicure（OR =8.627）, and over fatigue（OR =3.598） were influencing factors of Down＇s syndrome. Conclusion Occurrence of Down＇s syndrome is affected by multiple factors. Childbearing age of mother（≥35years old）, pregnancy fever, exposure to pesticide, surrounding environmental pollution, house decoration or new vehicle purchasing, manicure, and over fatigue（OR=3.598） are risk factors for Down＇s syndrome, while folic acid supplementation is a protective factor for Down＇s syndrome.
