摘　　要：妊娠期糖尿病(Gestational Diabetes Mellitus,GDM)因其高发病率和对母子健康的严重危害而引起研究者们的广泛关注。作为一个可改变的行为因素,运动对GDM的防治作用已成为近年来的研究热点。本文将从描述、分析和实验流行病学3个角度归纳运动对GDM的防治作用,探索各类研究今后的发展方向。Gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM） has been paid wide attention due to its high incidence and poor outcomes of pregnant women and newborns. As a variable behavior factor, the effects of exercise for the prevention and treatment of GDM have been a focus. This article will hackle the effects of exercise for the prevention and treatment of GDM from the perspectives of descriptive, analytical and experimental epidemiology.
