摘　　要：通过文献检索明确低年资护士及专业化培训等概念,然后对国内有关低年资护士的相关培训内容和培训形式进行综述,以期了解国内胸外科监护室低年资护士专业化培训的现状;在此基础上,结合PBL联合CBL的教学方法,为构建胸外科监护室低年资护士专业化培训模式提供参考。Through literature review, this paper expounds the basic concepts of junior nurses and profes -sional training, and elaborates the content and forms of professional training for junior nurses .It aims to analyze the current situation of professional training for junior nurses in ICU of thoracic surgery in China .On this basis, by combining PBL and CBL teaching methods , this paper intends to provide a reference for the construction of profes -sional training model for junior nurses in ICU of thoracic surgery .
