摘　　要：近年来,随着中药制剂的快速发展,传统与现代中药制剂领域中"药辅合一"的研究越来越受到药学工作者的广泛重视。"药辅合一"作为传统中药的重要表现形式,在大量中药典籍和传统中药处方中屡见不鲜,处方中部分中药不仅发挥药效,而且担任辅料的角色,既作辅料,也做辅药。目前,对中药制剂"药辅合一"的研究仍处于探索阶段,尚需在理论上加以总结提高,缺乏相关典籍的挖掘和梳理,系统性不强。本文以传统中医药古籍为工具,从传统与现代两方面对古籍中常用"药辅合一"的种类、性质及其作用特点进行归纳总结和分析,探讨"药辅合一"在中药制剂领域的应用开发前景,以期为现代中药制剂"药辅合一"的深入开发及传统中医药宝库的古籍挖掘提供参考。In recent years, since the rapid development of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） preparation, pharmaceutical researchers have attached increasingly importance to ＂the unification of drug and adjuvant＂ in the field of traditional and modern preparations of Chinese medicine. As an important TCM manifestation, ＂the unification of and adjuvant＂ was frequently recorded in amount of ancient medical books and traditional TCM prescriptions. Some TCM drugs not only played therapeutic effect in the prescriptions, but also used as excipients. In another word, they were both drug and adjuvant. At present, researches on ＂the unification of drug and adjuvant＂ applied to TCM prescriptions are still in progress with needs of summarizing rationals which systematicness is infirm and lacks of profound exploration in sorting out relevant medical books. In this article, taking ancient TCM medical books as tools, we summarized and analyzed the type, properties and functional characteristics of ＂the unification of and adjuvant＂ from the aspects both traditional and modern Chinese medicine and discussed the prospects of the development of ＂unification of drug and adjuvant＂ and its applications to TCM preparations for the provision of the references for the profound development of ＂the unification of drug and adjuvant＂ in modern TCM preparations and the exploration of ancient TCM books.
