摘　　要：灭菌操作是中药及其制剂生产过程中必不可少的单元操作,灭菌的效果直接关系到中药及其制剂的质量与临床用药的安全性。微波灭菌技术是一种新兴的灭菌技术,在一定程度上促进了中药及其制剂灭菌工艺的提高。主要分析了中药及其制剂微波灭菌技术的应用现状及微波灭菌设备和工艺存在的问题,结合国家政策和法规分析了中药微波灭菌的发展方向及可能途径,以促进中药及其制剂微波灭菌技术和设备的健康发展。Sterilization operation is an indispensible unit precess in the production of CMM and its preparations, directly affecting their quality and safe medication in clinic. Microwave sterilization technology, remembered as an emerging technology, promotes the upgrade of sterilization process of CMM and its preparations to some extent. This study mainly analyzed the current situation of the application of microwave sterilization technology to CMM and its preparations and the extant problems in microwave sterilization equipments and technologies. The developing trend and feasible approaches of microwave sterilization applied to CMM were dissected in regard to state policies and laws for the promotion of the wholesome development of microwave sterilization technologies and equipments applied to CMM and its preparations.
