煅烧及干燥工艺对Yb-La/TiO_2光催化剂性能的影响

摘  要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备镱镧共掺杂二氧化钛光催化剂Yb-La/TiO_2,并通过XRD、IR和BET手段对样品进行表征。在紫外光照射下,以罗丹明B作为目标降解染料,考察了催化剂的光催化性能。结果表明,制备Yb-La/TiO_2光催化剂煅烧及干燥工艺为:煅烧550℃,2h,干燥150℃,24h;此条件下制备出的Yb-La/TiO_2能使罗丹明B的降解率达到93.37%结构表征结果显示:Yb-La/TiO_2催化剂使粒径降低,比表面积增加,催化活性增加,镧镱共掺杂TiO_2产生了协同效应。The Yb-La/TiO2 nanoparticles co-doped with ytterbium -lanthanum were prepared by the sol-gel method and characterized by XRD, IR and BET techniques. Rhodamine B was used as target degradation product to investigate the photocatalytic activity of the catalysts in the uv light. Results show that the process of Calcina- tion and drying for preparing the Yb-La/TiO2 photocatalyst were: calcination 550℃;2h. desiccation 150℃;12h, The Yb-La/TiO2 which prepared under the best conditions made the degradation rate of Rhodamine B reach to 93.37%. The results of XRD,FT-IR and BET indicate that Co-doping lowered the particle size, increased specific area, which leads to the improvement of the catalyst activity. The co-doping with ytterbium -lanthanum for the catalyst showed a synergetic effect.
