凉血疏肝方治疗雌激素受体阳性乳腺癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察凉血疏肝方治疗雌激素受体阳性乳腺癌的疗效。方法选取雌激素受体阳性乳腺癌患者80例,均给予凉血疏肝方治疗3个月,观察治疗前后患者中医证候、临床症状、雌二醇水平、子宫内膜厚度变化情况。结果治疗前乳腺癌患者以阴虚、气滞和痰湿为主要表现,舌苔以舌红少苔及舌淡紫苔厚为主,脉象以弦脉多见;治疗后阴虚、气滞证候均得到明显改善(P均<0.05),舌象和脉象转变为正常的例数均明显增加(P均<0.05),中医证候总分由(18.41±3.69)分下降到(12.58±2.85)分(P<0.05)。治疗后焦虑抑郁、潮热汗出、夜寐不安、腹胀、疼痛、神疲乏力症状均明显改善,其中腹胀改善最为明显;雌二醇水平明显降低(P<0.05),子宫内膜厚度明显变薄(P<0.05)。结论凉血疏肝方治疗雌激素受体阳性乳腺癌患者可以明显改善症状,缓解不良反应,降低激素水平,防止子宫内膜厚度增加。Objectives It is to observe the curative effect of Liangxue Shugan decoction on breast cancer with positive estrogen receptor. Methods Eighty patients with breast cancer with positive estrogen receptor were selected and were treated with Liangxue Shugan decoction for 3 months. The changes of traditional Chinese medicine, clinical symptoms, levels of estradiol,endometrial thickness were observed before and after treatment. Results Before chemotherapy TCM syndrome mainly were deficiency of Yin, Qi stagnation, and phlegm dampness, and the types of tongue were red tongue with little moss and purple tongue thick coat, type of pulse mainly was Xian pulse. After chemotherapy, the syndromes of deficiency of Yin, and Qi stagnation were significantly improved（P 〈0.05）,the numbers of patients with normal type of tongue and pulse increased （P 〈 0.05 ）, the total scores of TCM syndrome were decreased from （ 18.41 ±3.69 ） to （ 12.58 ±2.85 ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Clinical symptoms including anxiety, depression, hot flashes sweat out, bad sleep, abdominal distention, pain and fatigue were significantly improved, and the improvement of abdominal distention was the most obvious. The estradiol level was decreased and endometrial thickness was reduced （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Liangxue Shugan decoction could significantly improve symptoms, relieve side effect, decrease estradiol level and inhibit increasing of endometrial thickness in the patients with breast cancer with positive estrogen receptor.
