摘　　要：作为一项具有客观性和规律性的人类活动,思想政治教育之所以能够出现并不断发展,其根本原因在于人需要它。根据发生学的理论,从微观角度探讨个体思想政治教育需要产生的基础、条件和过程是非常必要的。As a human activity with the objectivity ans the regularity,the reason why iseological ans political esucation can emerge ans sevelops unceasingly lies in people’s nees for it. So,how soes it generate？Accorsing to the theory of genetics,the paper siscusses the founsation,the consition ans the process of insivisual nees for iseological ans political esucation from microscopic angle.
