摘  要:设计一种由伺服电机驱动的基于双向对称的滑动丝杆和机械铰杆增力机构的夹具系统,在对其结构和工作原理分析的基础上,给出了相应的力学计算公式。该夹具系统以伺服电机作为驱动机构,与控制系统相配合,经左右旋滑动丝杆带动螺母上的铰杆增力机构运动,使得封闭液压腔内的液压油产生压力推动活塞杆进行夹紧动作。本夹具系统结构柔性和适应性能好、运动精确、夹紧效果好,是一种环保无污染的绿色夹具。A fixture system based on the two-way symmetrical sliding screw and toggle force amplifier driven by a servo motoris designed in this paper. Based on the analysis of its structure and working principle,the corresponding mechanical calcula-tion formula is given. In the fixture system,by using the servo motor as the driving mechanism to coordinate with the controlsystem,the movement of toggle force amplifier on the nut is drived through the left or right rotation sliding screw. Finally,hy-draulic oil in the closed hydraulic cylinder can push the piston rod to carry out the clamping action. The fixture system has theadvantages of flexible,good adaptation performance,accurate and good clamping effect,which is a green fixture of environ-mental protection.
