摘　　要：根据煤矿井下使用要求,研制开发了一种防爆夜视摄像系统。设计隔爆型外壳护罩,并对外壳护罩进行应力仿真分析和水压试验;设计主动红外补光系统,并进行图像增强处理。试验证明该系统适用于煤矿井下环境,并能够极大的提高视频画面质量。According to the requirements of coal mine,a kind of explosion-proof vision camera system has been developed inthis paper. A flameproof shell shield is designed,at the same time,the stress simulation analysis and water pressure test werecarried out on the shell. The active infrared optical system was designed,and image enhancement processing was then carriedout. The experiments prove that the system is suitable for the coal mine environment,and it can greatly improve the video im-age quality.
