奶牛乳头药浴涂膜剂的研制及临床应用效果试验

摘　　要：研制奶牛乳头药浴涂膜剂,并对其进行临床应用效果试验。采用SCC法和CMT法对空白对照组、4%次氯酸钠组、0.5%洗必泰组、1%碘伏组和奶牛乳头药浴涂膜剂组5组进行牛乳中体细胞数测定,对施药后乳汁中主要成分(包括乳蛋白、乳脂、乳糖、乳汁比重)和泌乳量的变化差异进行对比。结果表明:奶牛乳头药浴涂膜剂降低体细胞数效果最为明显,且营养物质均高于其他治疗组;90 d时各组对奶牛隐性乳房炎的治愈率分别为25.00%、48.00%、65.52%、63.33%、86.67%;对奶牛乳房炎的预防效果显示:对照组、洗必泰药浴组和乳头药浴涂膜剂药浴组的奶牛乳房炎发病率分别为69.49%、32.20%和8.47%,乳头药浴涂膜剂药浴组预防率显著高于其他各组(P<0.01)。表明在奶牛生产中使用乳头药浴涂膜剂防治奶牛乳房炎,可显著降低其发病率,显著提高其治愈率。The medicated plastics for cattle nipples and its clinical application experiment was studied .The somatic numbers in milk were determined for groups of control,4% chlorinated soda,0.5% chlorhexidine, 1% Iodophors, and medicated plastics for cattle nipples by SCC and. CMT methods.The changes of lactating amount and main components including lactoprotein,butterfat,lactose, and specific density of milk were compared after drug delivery.The results showed that the decrease of lactating amount was remarkable using medicated plastics for cow nipples and the main nutrient substances were higher than the other treatment group.The cure rate of recessive character garget under different groups were 25.00%,48.00%, 65.52%, 63.33%, and 86.67% respectively in 90 days.The disease incidence of garget in control group,chlorhexidine,medicated plastics for cow nipples was 69.49%, 32.20% and 8.47% respectively.The prevention rate of the group of medicated plastics for cow nipples was significantly higher than other group （P〈0.01）.The results indicated that the medicated plastics for cow nipples could cut down the disease incidence significantly at accouchement, and could increase cure rate predominately.
