摘　　要：团建社会化就是团的建设过程的社会化,即一定范围内的两个或多个基层团组织协同进行团的建设的过程。团建社会化的内在逻辑和现实需要共同作用,形成了充要条件,是其能够客观存在并且蓬勃发展的关键因素。团建社会化,核心是人,关键是组织和平台,本质是马克思主义交往学说及当代中国"五大发展理念"在团建领域的具体运用。The socialization of the construction of the Chinese Communist Youth League （the C.C.Y.L.） refers to the socialization course in which the construction is conducted for the C.C.Y.L, which means the course based on the cooperation between two or more basic organizations of the C.C.Y.L. within a certain scale. The inner logic and practical demands of the socialization of the construction of the C.C. Y.L. work together, and form necessary conditions, which are the key factors enabling the C.C.Y.L. to exist and develop vigorously. During the course of the socialization of the construction of the C.C.Y.L., man works as the core, and organization and platform work as the key, and the essence of the course is the application of Marxist theory on communications and ＂ the five ideas on development in contemporary China＂ in the construction of the C.C.Y.L. organizations.
