摘　　要：高校贫困生创业行为是创新创业大潮中不可或缺的一部分,但却存在一些"盲区"。贫困生创业具有内在的矛盾性,这些矛盾源于理念、个性化创业教育以及校工管理等问题。高校贫困生创业应该是一种内在素养与外在事业协同发展的活动,因此应以"发展"为视角开展贫困生创业的扶持工作,促进其全面提升。Poor college students＇ starting business is an important branch of the trend of innovation and entrepreneurship. However, there are some fields that have been neglected. Poor college students＇ starting business shows some inner contradictions, which are due to the problems such as ideas, individualized innovation education, management on the work of colleges. Poor college students＇ starting business should be an activity based on the mutual development of both qualities and career. Therefore, we should conduct our work to encourage and support poor college students＇ starting business with the view of development and promote the work in an overall way.
