摘　　要：在弘扬和践行社会主义核心价值观过程中,西方"普世价值"论者带着鲜明的政治意图,曲解党的十八大凝练出的"三个倡导",推崇西方的民主、自由、平等、人权等价值观念,制造思想领域的混乱。厘清社会主义核心价值观的思想来源、价值追求,把握弘扬、践行社会主义核心价值观的关键环节,警惕和抵制西方"普世价值"的持续流行和消极影响,对保持意识形态领域积极健康向上的良好态势至关重要。In the process of carrying forward and practicing the socialist core values, western theorists of ＂universal value＂ have distinct political intentions, twist the ＂three advocacy＂ of 18th Party Congress, promote the values of western democracy, freedom, equality, human rights and other values, and cause chaos in the field of ideology. It is necessary to clarify the ideological origin and value pursuit of core socialist values, grasp the key links to carry forward and practice the core socialist values, guard against and resist western ＂universal value＂ and its negative impact. All these are important to maintain the positive and healthy situation of ideological field.
