摘  要:牙体组织大面积缺损的残根、残冠,经过完善的根管治疗后,可采用桩核及全冠修复恢复患牙的功能和外形。最早的全冠修复体是桩冠,但桩冠戴入后很容易脱落。随着新技术的不断发展,桩核冠逐渐在临床上广泛应用,早期的金属桩因其自身的局限性应用范围逐渐缩小,纤维桩修复患牙后常见纤维桩松动、脱落、甚至有牙根折断的现象,最终导致修复体失败。氧化锆桩由于具有较强的断裂韧性、强度、耐磨性、良好的生物相容性、耐腐蚀性等优点日益受到人们的关注,但临床上也常出现氧化锆桩修复后桩核脱落、牙根折断而导致修复失败的病例。影响氧化锆桩核修复效果的因素有很多,如患牙冠部牙体组织剩余量的多少、桩的长度和直径、制作工艺、桩表面处理方式等,本文对行氧化锆桩修复后的患牙其整体抗折强度的影响因素进行综述。After complete endodontic management,the function and appearance of residual root and crown with large defect can be restored by post-core and full crown restoration. The earliest full crown prosthesis is post crown, but it easily fall off after wearing. With the continuous development of new technologies, post crown has been extensively used in clinical experiences. Because of the intrinsic limitation of metal post, the application of metal post is limited. Because of the loosening and dislocation of fiber post and the fracture of dental root after restoration, fiber post usually results in the failure of restoration. Because of the strong fracture toughness, strength, abrasion resistance, good biocompatibility and corrosion resistance, zirconia post has attracted increasing attention. However, post-core dislocation and root fracture often cause the failure of zirconia post restoration. Many factors influence the effect of zirconia post-core restoration, such as the surplus of molar crown tissues, length and diameter of post, craftsmanship, surface treatment and so on. This paper reviews the factors influencing the bending strength of zirconia ceramic post.
